We ordered some celtic tiles for our backsplash to give it some character. They look great but one of the tiles had a flaw. I emailed Earth Song and was pleased to get a response inside the hour telling us they were sorry for missing the problem in the initial shipment and that they would replace the tile, no problems, they would take care of it. It's nice when you can find a quality product and customer service. If you like what you see on their website you won't be disappointed with what comes in the mail or with the company your buying it from.
Thanks very much, we do stand behind our work and we do occasionally make mistakes. You should be receiving the replacement any time now, if it hasn't arrived already. By the way we love to get installaton pictures if you take any. Cheers, Shannon
